Full Service Member talent management is a relationship where The Neo.Logic Beatnik Assembly oversees the day-to-day business affairs of the member’s portfolio. This includes advising and counseling the member concerning professional matters, long-term plans and personal decisions which may affect their career.  A talent management portfolio will include up to 5 focus areas to be determined at the initial assessment consultation 

 

​Who Is this service for? A seasoned or emerging artist who wants to remain independent yet needs an administrative structure to operate their artistry within to ensure they meet defined goals and creative control.

Full Service Member:  Artist Development

Scope of Project: 3-6 month minimum investment with an optional contract renewal

Full Service Member artist development management is a relationship where The Neo.Logic Beatnik Assembly coordinates a talent or branding strategy for the artist.  The goal is to prepare the artist for the professional market place. Specific goals will be defined jointly.  The following  portfolio areas fall under talent development and A&R  brand strategy: Preparation for Demo Recording, Image/Brand Development, Song Writing Consultation and other areas defined necessary by the team​

Who Is this service for?  Emerging entry level or mid-level artist preparing for mainstream solicitation such as demo shopping or professional audition. A seasoned artist looking to re-brand or expand their target market.
